Milky is my site mascot. She was created on a whim years ago when some friends and I were creating cow girls. She was to be a throwaway design, but I quickly grew to love her. I developed her some and she became not only one of my favorite OCs, but a recognizable part of my "brand" when I was more involved in social media spaces.
Milky stands for everything I believe in - be cute! Be positive! And most importantly, be yourself!

hello. i go by lapin (la-pahn) online. it means rabbit in french. i am a boring married office lady living in the suburbs. i love my dog. i'm a bit antisocial, mostly shy with an extremely low social battery. i spend most of my day being chained to my work desk looking at numbers and legalese for hours.
my hobbies and interests include: daydreaming about my ocs, drawing, webdev, thrifting/antiquing, playing video games, reading fanfic, interior design, trying new snacks, and gardening.

about the site
Valentinely was launched in 2025 after spending a few years on Neocities and a short stint on Teacake! I decided to move hosts after being inspired by a friend that made the jump. I never created a site to gain an audience or popularity, I just wanted to have fun with amateur webdev and create something that I could use as a digital scrapbook for my life, hobbies, and interests. And that's what this place is: just a simple playground and loveletter to the things I enjoy and love!
